and forever longs to belong to Him.
I ask that all my life I may be by His side,
never once separated from the Lord Jesus.

Though storms may rage in this life I know,
His love covers me wherever I go.
Following my steps on every winding road,
Sheltering my journey, lightening my load.

I pray that the Lord will shepherd me still,
Today and tomorrow, according to His will.
Through a thousand tomorrows or just today,
I will belong only to Him, come what may.
