Cuộc đời này nhiều gian và dối,
nhiều cay đắng, xót xa linh hồn,
nhiều trống vắng,
lòng con đây mong đến bên Ngài.

Lòng con đây khát khao đợi chờ.
Đợi chờ thiên thu hạnh phúc thiên đàng.
Là ngày Jesus chợt đến,
đem con thoát khỏi nơi dương trần
cùng với Chúa
hội ngộ muôn đời vinh quang.

Lòng con ngày đêm ngóng đợi, trông chờ.
Lòng con hằng tha thiết được gặp Ngài.
Vì con yêu nhớ Jesus.

Đợi chờ khi con được đến bên Ngài.
